SM Embroidery Quilts In-The-Hoop Snail's Trail
Join Alan to learn his favorite method for creating beautiful quilts one block at a time - all in the hoop. For the first quilt in 2019, Alan will be working with you to create a project using the "Snail Trail" design. Four small blocks in the center are surrounded by triangles that increase in size. The result is a spiral "trail" design. There are two methods to join the blocks - the first uses just the spiral blocks and the second uses a solid spacer block to increase the overall appearance of the spiral

- Embroidery Machine in good working condition with power cord and foot control for Bernina machines
- Embroidery presser foot
- Hoop; Minimum 5" x 7"*
- Stabilizer: No-show Mesh*
- Fabric: 2 coordinating fabrics*
- Lap Size (56"x 64") 3 yards each fabric + 3/8 yard for binding
- Full Size (72"x 96") 5-1/2 yards each fabric + 5/8 yard for binding
- Queen Size (96"x 96") 7-1/4 yards each fabric + 3/4 yard for binding
- Thread: Assorted embroidery thread to match and contrast your fabrics
- Your favorite embroidery supplies including small sharp scissors, applique scissors and painter's tape or equivalent to hold fabric while stitching*

Requirements:
You can register for any class in the store. If you are paying by credit card, you can register online, or phone (760-739-8222 or 858-225-2739). The registration fee for the class must be received to reserve your space. Most classes have a minimum number of students to run. If we do not meet the minimum number of students for the class three (3) days prior to the class, we will notify you that the class is cancelled. If your class is not held for any reason, you may transfer to another class or receive a refund. You may cancel for a full refund up to four days prior to the class. No refunds can be given within three days prior to a class.
