Are you a Brother ScanNCut machine owner, but don't feel that you are getting the most out of your machine as you lack the confidence or the knowledge to use it? Then this class is for you!
We are going to discover how to covert a SVG file and your drawings into a .fcm (cutting file), so your ScanNCut machine can recognize and cut it.
As many of you, I also have a very extensive library of SVG files, which I would like to use in my sewing projects. So, that’s why I was so curious to find a way HOW to do it.
Depending on your machine model you might need to use a curtain way of doing it, so during this class you will be shown these methods and I hope you will leave the class aimed/equipped/informed!
This class continues our Intermediate Users Series (Three classes total) and we will be using these techniques for sure (!) in our next two classes.
Part 1: learning about SVG converting
Part 2: actual cutting. We will be cutting using Fabric, so please, bring your notes from previous class to remind yourself about your machine settings.
It is a good class to start developing your knowledge about “ScanNCut-Fabric” relationship and so you will feel more comfortable during the next classes.
