- How to apply interfacing
- What needles to use
- Perfecting your straight stitch
- Using the correct foot
- Topstitching
- Turning and using the best ools to get the job done.
Supplies to bring to class
- Sewing machine in good working condition with power supply and foot control
- Sewing machine accessories
- Sewing notions such as scissors, marking pen, pins or clips, rotary cutter, ruler, iron and ironing mat
- Cotton Fabrics:
- Outer Fabric 20"x30"
- Lining Fabric 20"x30"
- Interfacing such as SF101 20"x30" (sold at SMP)
- Thread to match
- Needles: sharp 80/12
