Join us for 2 full days of Embroidery Fun. Bring your Embroidery Machine, Your Friends, and have fun learning new techniques with this "Quilting In The Hoop" project.
We will embroider and complete a 22"x22" pillow in this 2-day event. Your kit will include all the fabric, batting, embellishments, and pillow form, everything you need to finish this project.
You will also receive additional background quilting designs to use on other projects. Qualify for the exclusive event bonus CD when you spend $100 of KimberBell products.

You will receive your kit the day of class with the embroidery designs loaded on a USB and all the fabric and embellishments you need to stitch out the projects.
What you need to bring to this event:
- Your Embroidery Machine. You should already know how to use your machine and know how to load a design via USB as well as basics of embroidery and applique.
- Hoops: 6x10 and 5x7 hoops (optional 8x12 hoop)
- Stabilizers and Interfacing:
- Light Mesh Cut-Away enough for 11 hoopings
- 1/3 yard of Fusible interfacing/backing such as Pellon SF101 or Bosal 300
- Notions:
- Applique Scissors such as Duckbill Scissors, curved Scissors, Snips or KimberBell Deluxe Embroidery Tool and Scissor Set (KDTL104)
- Ruler, Cutting Mat, Rotary Cutter ( 45mm or 28mm) both work well with Orange Pop Rulers.
- Iron and ironing mat. You will want to iron the fabric before hooping and to iron on fusible backing during the embroidery process, so having a small craft iron at your table is helpful such as the Oliso Mini irons
- Orange-Pop Rulers (rectangle and square rulers) are used to square up each block **these are optional but very useful**

You must know how to use your embroidery machine, load a USB design and have a basic understanding of basic embroidery and applique processes.
Materials Included:
COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS: Please be aware that SMP wants to keep our staff and students healthy. During this time, SMP will not be supplying classrooms with cutting mats, rulers, irons, ironing boards or rotary cutters. Please bring your own. All machines, tables and chairs will be sanitized BEFORE each class. We ask that you sanitize your hands often, practice social distancing (when possible) and wear a mask. Thank you!

CLASS REGISTRATION PROCEDURES:
You can register for classes in the store, on our website or call us 760-739-8222 or 858-225-2739. Most classes have a minimum number of students to run. If we do not meet the minimum number of students, we will notify you that the class is canceled or rescheduled. If your class is not held for any reason, you may transfer your class fee paid to another class or receive a refund. You may cancel for a full refund up to three (3) days prior to the class.
