Bring the following supplies to class:

Sewing machine and basic sewing notions for cutting, marking and pinning fabric. 

5 fat quarters of fabric for tail feathers

1 fat quarter of fabric for body
1 fat quarter of white fabric for eyes

1 fat quarter of gold or yellow for beak and feet

*fat quarter is a pre-cut 18”x22” 

1/2 yard 2-sided fusible web like Wonder Under 

2 Small black buttons for eyes

If making Wall Hanging:

1/3 yard fabric for background and backing

1/3 yard thin cotton batting or fusible fleece interfacing

Safety pins 

Thread to match fabrics or black thread for blanket stitch

If using for appliqué 

Kitchen towel, t-shirt, sweatshirt, etc.
