Do your kids like to help in the kitchen, dig in the garden, or make crafts? An apron comes in handy for all of these activities! Learn to follow a pattern and sew an apron just the right size!

- Sewing machine in good working order with foot control, power cord, and presser foot
- Standard sewing notions including empty bobbin to fit machine, scissors, measuring tape, straight pins with pin cushion, fabric marker or chalk, and seam ripper
- Thread to match fabric
- Pattern: McCalls 5551 or 2947
- Fabric: 1 to 1-1/2 yards cotton print fabric (yardage can be found on back of pattern)
- Lining: 1 to 1-1/2 yards cotton solid fabric
- Interfacing: 1 yard fusible lightweight or sew-in if preferred
