Materials and Supplies
Bring 1 - 2 Candy Bags (At least 5” x 10” or more) Smaller sizes are hard to turn and zipper due to the iron on vinyl.
Clean and dry the Candy Bag Wrapper before class.
Iron on Vinyl to cover the front and back of your candy bag wrapper with 1” - 2” extra on all sides (Helps with quilting).
Batting to cover the front and back of your candy bag wrapper with 1” - 2” extra on all sides (Helps with quilting).
Backing Fabric to cover the front and back of your candy bag wrapper with 1” - 2” extra on all sides (Helps with quilting). More if the candy bag
wrapper has a clear hole on it,
back or front.
1 Piece Backing Fabric 1 1/2” x 6” (Zipper stop)
Nylon/Plastic Zipper (I use 18” or at least 2” longer than the intended candy bag side)
Additional items needed:
Scissors, household, not good sewing scissors
Pins, Clips are better for this as the iron on vinyl gets wiggly.
Matching thread and contrasting thread
Turning tool/chop stick/finger (finger worked best)
Sewing machine from home (Optional)
Sewing machine manual if bringing machine from home

Requirements:
You can register for any class in the store. If you are paying by credit card, you can register online, or phone (760-739-8222 or 858-225-2739). The registration fee for the class must be received to reserve your space. Most classes have a minimum number of students to run. If we do not meet the minimum number of students for the class three (3) days prior to the class, we will notify you that the class is cancelled. If your class is not held for any reason, you may transfer to another class or receive a refund. You may cancel for a full refund up to four days prior to the class. No refunds can be given within three days prior to a class.
