That’s Sew Chenille: Christmas Hot Pads Machine Embroidery CD
Holiday themed appliques are embroidered on a pieced and quilted background, then layers of fabric are tacked in place ready to chenille. Just trim in the channels and tuft with an emery board to finish. The frayed fabric makes the designs appear three dimensional. We love the unique way each hot pad is embellished, especially the quilting on Santa’s beard and his fringed eyebrows too. All six designs come in five festive sizes for functional use or holiday kitchen décor. Formats include: ART, DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, PES, VIP, VP3, XXX, plus SVG files.
Bring to class:

- Fabric according to Instruction on SD
- Cut-Away stabilizer
- Insul-Bright batting
- Sharp Snippers/Very sharp Small Scissors/Appliqué scissors
- Sharp Seam Ripper
- Nail File ( emery board)
- Some Yarn for making braids on Snowmen(Snowgirl :)) design
- Ribon or bias binding for hanger loop
- Embroidery Threads that coordinate with your fabric, and for any stitched out details
- Bobbin filled with 90 wt. bobbin thread
- Embroidery Machine in top working condition*
- Embroidery Unit for your machine
- Appropriate hoop for the design size you've chosen.

Pre-Class Work:
Print out the .PDF from the CD Rom. Patterns and instructions will not be handed out at class.
Cut all fabrics and batting according to the attached chart.

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS: Please be aware that AVS wants to keep our staff and students healthy. During this time, AVS will not be supplying classrooms with cutting mats, rulers, irons, ironing boards or rotary cutters. Please bring your own. All machines, tables and chairs will be sanitized BEFORE and AFTER each class. We ask that you sanitize your hands often, practice social distancing and wear a mask. Thank you!
Requirements:
CLASS REGISTRATION PROCEDURES: You can register for any class in the store. If you are paying by credit card, you can register by mail or phone (760-739-8222 or 800-401-8151). The registration fee for the class must be received to reserve your space. Most classes have a minimum number of students to run. If we do not meet the minimum number of students for the class three (3) days prior to the class, we will notify you that the class is cancelled. If your class is not held for any reason, you may transfer to another class or receive a refund. You may cancel for a full refund up to four days prior to the class. No refunds can be given within three days prior to a class.
