Join Jo Vroman for her second table runner class featuring a Patriotic pattern that can be used for Memorial Day, the 4^th of July and Labor Day. This month we will be using Missouri Star Quilt Co. Pinwheel Toss pattern. The table runner pattern is designed to use a pack of 5” squares with additional fabric to make the 3D Pinwheels. The sample is made with Honor Treat Short Cake Squares from Timeless Treasure and Tonga Batiks with a red dot on white background for the Pinwheels. I hope you will join Jo for this quick project.

Fabric Requirements:

1 package 5” print squares. To make a table runner like the sample you will need 18 Blue squares and 13 Red squares. If you want to make this from yardage you will need ½ yd Blue and ¼ yd Red

½ yard white solid fabric. The sample used white with tiny red dots.

Binding: ½ yd

Backing: 1 yd cut parallel to the salvage and sewn together along the short ends

Supplies:

Sewing Machine and Manual                         Rotary Cutter, extra blades and cutting mat

Ruler at least 6”x 12”                                     Thread/extra full bobbins/extra sewing machine needles

Scissors (fabric)                                              Pins/Magic Clips/seam ripper

                                (4) 1 ½” x 11 ½” rectangle

Outer Border:
