Supplies:

  • Rotary cutter
  • Scissors
  • mat and ruler
  • sewing machine 
  • Sewing thread to match or contrast
  • Fabric (Fat quarters work nicely, but you’ll need 1- 17.5”x11” of the outside fabric, and 1 full Fat Quarter or 18”x 22” piece of the lining fabric.)
  • 1/2” x 18” of any type of stabilizer (interfacing such as Pellon 101) for the top edge of the bag. 
• Cutting: From your outside fabric cut:
  • • 1 – 3.5”x 10” strap piece**
    • 1 – 4.5” x 10” pillow piece
    • 1 – 17.5” x 8.5” bag outside piece

• Cutting: From your inside lining fabric cut:

  • • 1 – 17.5” x 11” bag lining piece
• Sand for the pin cushion will be provided.
