Join us for a week of Holiday Gift Giving Workshops. Each day we will feature different projects to make which are perfect for your holiday gift-giving or keep for yourself.  Bring your lunch and your friends and hang out with us for the day.

Have you ever embroidered on Cardstock? This is a fun project and technique to learn how to make your own embroidered greeting cards. 

Embroidery Design will be given in class. Bring a USB stick to load the design on.

Supplies to bring to class:

• Embroidery Machine in good working condition with power supply
• Hoop: 5x7 standard hoop or Dime /Durkee Sticky Hoop
• Embroidery threads - holiday colors in red, green white, gold, silver, or +blue - colors of your choice (4 colors used in the project)
• Bobbin thread: white
• Needles: Embroidery needles 75/11 or Sharps 80/12
• Stabilizer: Adhesive-backed stabilizer (the stabilizer will remain in your card and be covered with another piece of paper or fun decorative wrapping paper) You can use heavy cut away and 505 spray instead of adhesive-backed stabilizer
• Double-sided Fusible web such as Steam a Seam 2 (fabric is pre-cut using your Scan N Cut and SVG files, or scissors and template)
• Card Stock - will be provided
• Sewing Notions such as scissors, marking pens, small iron & mat, and serrated edge scissors work well for cutting fabric
• Fabric: bulb color: Red cotton fabric 2 1/2" x 10" (or the color of your choice)
• Double-sided tape will be provided
